Kathleen is more than 5 star, she was amazing with our little rescue dog Brock. She interacted with him so well, getting down to his level and making him comfortable. He is shy but she must be a dog whisperer because he liked her right away. She was both professional and kind and we will definitely use her again next time we need help with our dog.
