Dog Boarding in Alabaster

this was my first experience with Rover and I must say I am more than impressed. More specifically, Kayte Q. bailed Chadwick and i at the last minute and she was THE SWEETEST! I needed help with every aspect of the booking (from directions to extending the stay) and she walked me right on through it. We arrived to find everything as promised and she was prepared to “introduce” my big boy to the pack in a familiarization process. While away i got pictures and updates. To be quite honest, he wasn’t ready to leave so that tells me all i need to know about how he was treated! I am SO appreciative!

Katie was kind and loving to Gracie. I loved getting the pictures the photos of her settling in with the family. I will absolutely ask Katie to care for Gracie again

Opal provided wonderful care for our Irish Setter. He seemed very happy in her home. He came home brushed & groomed— more than we had asked, and were very happy. The only wish is that there was a fenced yard. Big dogs need space to roam.

Savannah was a wonderful host for my pup while I was away. She was easy to communicate with, and I was able to easily set up both a meet and greet and drop off/pick up times. I could tell that my dog had been well taken care of and that she had plenty of time to run and play! Will definitely be using Savannah again in the future!

Penelope had a great time there! Ashlyn communicated well throughout her stay and took lots of pictures. It was a great experience all around.

Bailey (our pup) had the best time with Kristen and her family. They were so sweet, friendly and accommodating. Bailey was well taken care for and happy for a Thanksgiving sleepover. Kristen sent updates and pics the whole time. We're so happy and will be sure to book again!

Kyler could not have taken better care of our sweet old Barklee. With Barklee being a senior dog and set in her ways we’ve been hesitant to leave her with just anyone. I’m so glad we found Kyler and we will definitely use her again!

Brittney was great with my young Brittany! Sally is still very active and wants to play and hunt. Brittney understands Sally’s personality. She sent pictures and updates so I really appreciated them. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Brittney!

As always, Doug has done a great job caring for my special needs doggie. It is so good to know that my dog is properly cared for while I am away.

We are so appreciative for Ryan and his family for taking care of Poppy! From the moment we met them, we knew Poppy was in a wonderful home! His entire family (and cavaliers) treated Poppy as family and were so caring and loving towards her. Poppy can’t wait to stay with y’all again!

Rosie was so relaxed and happy when we picked her up, she napped the whole car ride home. That’s how I know she had a great time at Cody’s. Also appreciated the cute photos and videos of her

Another great stay with Jordyn! Our dog Charlie loves her dogs and playing with them. I would absolutely recommend her watching your animals.

This is our second time to use David, and he has a great set-up for boarding. Our dogs had a great time, and he sent photos and video updates.

Tanya was amazing and our sweet girl loved her. Her home is set up for fur babies and is warm and inviting! We will definitely use her again!

First time using Janet…. So glad we found her, as she took great care of our fur baby. When we did check in, Janet was very quick to respond. Malley is home and worn out from a fun weekend with Janet and her family. We will definitely use her again!!

Tatiana is an incredible person! Her kindness, patience, and love for our dogs made our trip away so much easier. She’s easygoing and genuinely passionate about her work. Even though my trip back to Birmingham ran a couple of hours late, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating. We also received a lot of pictures and videos during our trip, which we’re thrilled to have. We can’t wait to use Tatiana again! 💕

Danielle was phenomenal! She was so patient and kind with my big boy, Zeus, who is usually a bit nervous in new environments. He really enjoyed being in her presence and it's obvious Danielle has much experience with dog sitting. She's incredibly responsive and flexible. I was at ease knowing Zeus was in her care. I will definitely be requesting her again. She is the BEST!

Laura took exceptional care of our two Golden’s during an extended stay over the Christmas holiday. She was extremely communicative the whole time with sweet updates and other details. She most definitely treated our dogs as her own with cuddles, lots of playing, snacks/treats, and even brushing (which is not an easy task with our Golden’s hair). We highly recommend booking with Laura to care for your dog - they’ll be in amazing hands!
