Dog Boarding in Bessemer

this was my first experience with Rover and I must say I am more than impressed. More specifically, Kayte Q. bailed Chadwick and i at the last minute and she was THE SWEETEST! I needed help with every aspect of the booking (from directions to extending the stay) and she walked me right on through it. We arrived to find everything as promised and she was prepared to “introduce” my big boy to the pack in a familiarization process. While away i got pictures and updates. To be quite honest, he wasn’t ready to leave so that tells me all i need to know about how he was treated! I am SO appreciative!

Wonderful family that provided excellent care and lots of love and personal attention. We are very grateful and hope our dog will be welcomed back!!

Our sweet Mollie stayed with them over the holiday break. She took such good care of her and even included her in Christmas by giving her a stocking full of toys! She loved our dog like her own and made us all feel comfortable leaving our baby behind! We even got weekly pictures and updates since we were nervous about leaving her for so long! She looked so happy the entire time! We will for sure be using Rachel to watch our sweet pup again!

Doug did a great job with our complicated little doggie, Freddy. He needs lots of care and meds. Freddy was super comfortable and happy with Doug. We will be returning. Thanks Doug.

We are so appreciative for Ryan and his family for taking care of Poppy! From the moment we met them, we knew Poppy was in a wonderful home! His entire family (and cavaliers) treated Poppy as family and were so caring and loving towards her. Poppy can’t wait to stay with y’all again!

Brittney was awesome. It was Kobie’s first time away from home and naturally I was worried. Brittney kept me informed and sent pictures as well putting my mind at ease. Thank you for taking care of Kobie.

Jordyn was incredibly kind and loving with our pups! Communication and pics daily! Finn and Florence loved hanging out in the backyard and I have already booked their next stay.

Rosie was so relaxed and happy when we picked her up, she napped the whole car ride home. That’s how I know she had a great time at Cody’s. Also appreciated the cute photos and videos of her

Tatiana is an incredible person! Her kindness, patience, and love for our dogs made our trip away so much easier. She’s easygoing and genuinely passionate about her work. Even though my trip back to Birmingham ran a couple of hours late, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating. We also received a lot of pictures and videos during our trip, which we’re thrilled to have. We can’t wait to use Tatiana again! 💕

Wade & Morgan were incredible! We left our two dogs with them for the weekend and they treated them like they were their own. They have a great fenced in backyard where they got to run and play with their dog. They sent a lot of pictures and videos and updated each day on how they were doing. We Will definitely be using them again in the future!!

We love love love Savannah. She is our go to for care for our Roscoe. She is prompt, caring, and communicates well. She makes leaving our fur baby behind sometimes so much easier.

Laura took exceptional care of our two Golden’s during an extended stay over the Christmas holiday. She was extremely communicative the whole time with sweet updates and other details. She most definitely treated our dogs as her own with cuddles, lots of playing, snacks/treats, and even brushing (which is not an easy task with our Golden’s hair). We highly recommend booking with Laura to care for your dog - they’ll be in amazing hands!

Barrie is awesome!! She took care of our Havanese puppy for a week. Lindi didn’t want to come home! Barrie sent lots of pics and videos to keep me at ease. She loves animals and really went above and beyond to make Lindi feel at home. Thanks Barrie!!!

Kendall was so attentive to Rosie! Rosie is a rescue who is afraid of the world around her, but Kendall took great care of her and never gave up when Rosie was unsure of her new surroundings, making her as comfortable as possible. I’m so appreciative of how sweet she was with Rosie and how she navigated her challenges, including trying to make sure our non-food-motivated dog ate regularly while we were gone. I would definitely book with Kendall again!

My dogs absolutely loved the big back yard and the delightful family they stayed with. We felt completely comfortable leaving them with Jonathan and we will definitely return next time we need to board them!

Libby was awesome! Communicated well, and Biscuit seemed to love hanging out with her. She went right with her and Libby sent pics to show how well she was loved

Highly recommend! Lauren was not only very flexible with drop off and pick up times, she was also very communicative and sent me lots of pictures of how they were doing. I have two dogs with very different personalities and she adjusted to where both of my babies felt comfortable and happy. She was understanding and attentive to our puppy who is learning to “tell” caregivers when she needs to be let outside and sometimes uses puppy pads. When I picked them up they had just been outside and looked like they just had a fun day at the dog park. Lastly she administered daily oral meds to them. Overall I am very happy with Lauren and would definitely use her services in the future.

Carson and her boyfriend were the best!! This was Ringos first time being left alone overnight and we were nervous, but they were so accommodating and made us feel very confident he was being taken well care of! She sent so many photos and updates of him to ease our nerves. We absolutely will book with them again next time we’re back in bham!
