Jacquelyn is very sweet and considerate. She sent me plenty of pictures of my furbaby while I was away without me even having to ask, which I very much appreciated because I missed my kitty a lot during my vacay. Follows instructions well and I’m sure that Phoebe enjoyed hanging out with her while I was gone.

She was awesome. We were in a pinch and outside of her range but she helped out anyway. She was always super responsive and accommodating. We have two younger cats and she spent time playing with them and making sure they had someone to hang out with for a hour each day.

Courtney was so accommodating! She kept me updated with cute pictures of Winston and she even grabbed some packages for me! She was easy to contact and my dog Winston had a great time!

We come to Florida for 6 weeks every winter. This is the second winter we've been able to use Taylor services. My dog sampson loves her! She's very communicative, always on time and takes great care of him. We will definitely continue to use Taylor when we're in the area. Thanks!

Jessica, Gabe & family made it so easy for us to leave our pup, knowing she was going to be well taken care of! We will definitely be using them again, and again. They're truly an answer to our prayers, as we never thought our pup, would be calm enough to let anyone take care of her! She was so happy when we got home, and we picked up where we left off. She's looking all over for her kids to play with.
