Friendly, prompt with communications, professional, right on time, gentle and kind with my pets (this was huge for me) and able to efficiently and safely give medicine when needed. Annetta was amazing! Asked her very last minute if she would be able to take care of our cats while we were out of town for a few days, and she was more than willing to do so despite having little to no notice! She went above and beyond for our pets as our previous sitter did not! She is seriously a life saver and I’d recommend her with full trust and confidence to anyone looking for a sitter in the future! Rachael was great with my four dogs while I was away for a long weekend. She was willing to add an additional drop in to make us feel more comfortable with the dogs being home alone and was always quick to respond. I will definitely re-book with Rachael again.
