Melissa was so gentle with our skidish cat! She was prompt in responding and made sure to ask important questions about our cat and home!

Ashley did a great job taking care of our kitties. Very responsive. Very professional. She came at very short notice and got us taken care of when we had an emergency. We couldn't ask for any better! Thank you so much!

Madison is AMAZING. She is just a great person who took care of my babies and my home just as I would. We have never left our cats alone overnight but circumstances caused the need to be gone for 8 days - to say I was nervous about how the babies were going to be is an understatement. Madison made sure they were taken care of and sent so many pictures and videos and updated us numerous times to let us know how everyone was doing. This is my first experience using Rover and I'm so happy I did. I love my friends, but no way they would have taken care of cats like Madison did. I feel like I can actually travel now as long as Madison is free to take care of everything for me ❤️

Ren is one of the most amazing pet-sitters I’ve had! Being gone for several days, Ren made sure to do a pre-check in and made sure nothing was missed. My two cats experienced the best care while we were gone and Ren kept us informed and up to date on their health and well being. I will definitely be giving Ren a call whenever I’m out of town next time!

Amy was awesome! I knew our kitties were in good hands with her. She gave very detailed accounts of her visits with them, contacted me when one of my cats had an issue I needed to be made aware of, and was very responsive to any communication I sent her. Definitely plan to book her again the next time we go on vacation!

Nina and I love our experience with Carson! I booked drop in visits for an 8 day trip. He was excellent with her care/grooming and communication. If there was even a chance of a delay in his visit time he let me know right away and made sure that she was accommodated. He asked a lot of questions about her needs during the meet and greet so that she would be comfortable. Was thoughtful and sent tons of cute pics of my baby. Will definitely book with him again.

We had a wonderful experience with our Rover sitter! She cared for our two cats, Thor and Aurora, with 8 days of drop-in visits, and we couldn’t be happier. Every day, she sent thoughtful updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear she didn’t just “stop by,” but truly spent quality time with them—giving attention, care, and making sure they felt comfortable. Thor and Aurora were both happy and well cared for when we returned, which says everything. Last minute requested for a booking and Audrey came through! It was our first time to leave the girls with a sitter, and she gave positive reassurance throughout. Provided care to our girls with no problems and provided thorough communication. Gave medications as well to one of our cats. We did not have to worry!
