They went out of their way to make me and my dog both comfortable throughout the whole process and stay. My dog is a golden who is extra cuddly and needy they even set up their spare bedroom for him so he could sleep in a bed like he does at home!
Emma is absolutely in love with Katherine (which says a lot bc Emma is picky) and always loves her walks!
