Dog Boarding in Oneonta

Ended up needing boarding for my dog on pretty short notice and she was available and willing, even with it going to Christmas Eve. She communicated and sent updates/pictures occasionally which I liked. For me, the location was as good as any so she will probably be my first choice for the future.

Absolutely perfect! Communication was great & my babies were so happy during their stay! I will definitely use her again. It's always scary leaving my babies anywhere but I just knew they'd be well taken care of after meeting Aimee & her dog Sammy.

So I needed to board my babies Alley, 2 yr old German Shepard mix and Ruby 2 yr old Maltese short notice so I Google dog boarding and I found Rover, and let me tell you this was a life saver. Upon finding Rover I clicked on every available sitter and went with Ronda and her husband Dave as they were close to me. Ronda and I talked right off so I could tell her a bit about Alley and Ruby and their mannerisms. And even a backstop of why I needed short notice boarding and they were so understanding and willing to help, and it made me feel such better knowing I could leave my babies with someone who would love them like I do. At drop off we got Alley and Ruby used to being in a new place, and was able to show that Alley is a little skidding around new dogs, Ruby just loved everything. I gave Ronda their feeding schedules and about a typical day routine and left. My babies didn't try to follow me out either. Ronda kept me updated with texts and pictures, which I greatly appreciated. At pick up Alley ran out the door and to my car so I opened the back of my sun and in Alley went. Ruby jumped in my daughter's arms, they were relaxed and happy. Thank you Ronda and Dave I really appreciate yall. And am looking forward to seeing yall soon.

So this was my first time leaving my baby with anyone and after bringing Joon to Whitney my worry and anxiety was completely gone!! She was absolutely amazing!! I was able to go and focus on my conference out of state I had to speak at with peace knowing my kitty was in a great home and great hands!! She sent me pics and videos all weekend and she is def my first go to if I have to go out of town again!!! Loved her!!

She was amazing! Blue is very high energy. She took great pictures, long walks, and he enjoyed the brushes and affection.

Holly was so wonderful for our dog’s first time ever having a sitter. She was understanding and easy going, and helpful for a newbie! Scout came home happy and well cared for, thanks!

Ray was very attentive to my lab, Ranger and lab puppy, Lou. He sent daily pictures and videos and each dog looked to be having a great time. I could tell they had plenty of playtime because they were both tired when I got them home. Ray was communicative and personable.

Ashley was a breath of fresh air! I have a 5 lb Yorkie Poo, who has never been boarded. After visiting a place to board my fur baby that was highly recommended by a friend I became afraid that i would not be able to find a place to leave my dog that I was comfortable with. Ashley replied to my inquiry in no time, I immediately felt comfortable with her. After being in her care, although my dog is spoiled .. Ashley did everything she could to help my dog get acquainted with her new environment and took great care of her! I highly recommend!!

Amber did a great job with my heeler while we were away on vacation. She got lots of play time and love which is exactly what she needed to feel comfortable away from us. Amber was very responsive to texts and kept me updated daily including pictures of my girl, which helped put me at ease. I was very pleased with the whole experience and plan on boarding my dog with her again!

Louann was awesome! You can tell she loves animals. She sent us pictures of our boy and updates during his stay. Very pleased and will definitely use her again.

Sarah was great with my dog, Supi, and I will definitely rebook. She was very flexible to work with and accommodating for any special needs. She sent pictures while Supi was staying with her, which I love, and I felt comfortable leaving her there.

Great sitter!! Easy communication, safe home and yard, and my pups had friends to play with while I was gone for three days.

Lesley was amazing with our Daisy and we will definitely be using her again in the future and telling our friends. She sent us pictures of their adventures and it looked like she had such a fun time exploring outdoors. Her two dogs were so sweet and well behaved too. You can really tell she loves animals and spending time with them.

Allison and her family were great with my 3 crazy pups. They got lots of love and had so much fun. Allison sent me daily updates and pictures. Look forward to booking with her again!

Our 2 dogs loved their stay with Jessica. She took great care of them and it was obvious they were well cared for. Would definitely choose her again in the future.

I was really afraid to use Rover but this lady made me feel included by sending me pictures and messages to let me know what is going on with my fur kids. She responded to every of my texts. I realized this was much better than having my dogs locked in cage at boarding. I’ll def have her watch my dogs again in the future!
