Meghan was fantastic! She came to meet Winston before our first reservation and her love of animals and cats specifically came through. She was extremely professional and timely, providing thorough updates on Winston's care and lots of photos that showed the good time they were having together while I was away. We needed Carrie to hang out with our dog for 4 hours. We brought her over. Since it was a nice day, Carrie wanted to know if she could put her outside so she could run around. She asked if our dog was a jumper. As she is, she was kept inside. She was excited to see us when we got back but we feel Carrie took good care of her. We would definitely go to her again.
