Dog Boarding in Pell City

I was nervous at first because Storm normally stays at her vet office when I go out of town. Whitney and her family took exceptional care of Storm and provided updates and pictures. I will definitely be using her service again.

To say I was overly satisfied with Christen is just not enough. She is an absolute delight. Her genuine love and compassion for animals radiates through her. This was the first time I had ever left my fur baby in the 2 years I’ve had her, and Christen is the only reason I was able to do that. Her commitment goes without saying. She kept me updated with info as well as pics and video. Christen treated my baby like one of hers and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter.

Brittany did a great job taking care of Stella. This was our first time using a sitter. Brittany put our mind at ease by keeping us updated on how she was adjusting to the new environment. She also took many pictures and videos that we looked forward to each day.

Ann-Marie was an incredible sitter! She is so friendly, communicative, and responsive. I received pictures daily and my dog had such a fun time. I wish I lived closer to be a repeat client! Highly recommend a stay with Ann-Marie.

I was really afraid to use Rover but this lady made me feel included by sending me pictures and messages to let me know what is going on with my fur kids. She responded to every of my texts. I realized this was much better than having my dogs locked in cage at boarding. I’ll def have her watch my dogs again in the future!

First experience using Rover and I was a little nervous, but it could not have been better. Terri was unbelievable! She went above and beyond to see that my Charlie and Willow were well taken care of while we were out of town. So grateful to her for caring for my little furballs!! Will never go anywhere else!!

Amiee was great! Big yard for the dogs to play in and she made them feel right at home. She was very professional and prompt in communication as well. Would highly recommend!

Lesley was always happy to answer my questions and send me photos. She was gracious when my baby started her heat cycle (at the beginning of her stay) to allow her to continue to board. She was prompt to reply to inquiries and even kept her an extra day. I will definitely take my baby back to her in the future. Thank you Ms Lesley A!! I greatly appreciated you keeping her heat and all!

Great sitter!! Easy communication, safe home and yard, and my pups had friends to play with while I was gone for three days.

Ciara was great with my pup! We had a super smooth pickup and drop off and I could really tell that she absolutely loved her time with Ciara!

Tatiana was absolutely wonderful! She and her family took such great care of Kai and also sent me the best photos while I was away — honestly some of the cutest pictures I have of him. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, cared for, and having fun. I’ll definitely be booking again! (I actually already did)

Cody was absolutely fantastic with my dog. He gave me plenty of updates and pictures throughout my pup’s stay. His responses were very timely. Will certainly recommend to anyone!

Allison and her husband were just wonderful!! They took amazing care of our dogs and really removed the worries of leaving town and leaving half of your fur family. We loved getting the pictures & updates with how they were doing. They got so much activity that they were worn out when they got home. :) We will definitely be using them again from now on! Thank you guys!! 😃

We so appreciated Harold taking care of Mae. He was pleasant, east to work with and gave us lots of feedback and pics of her. We will definitely ask him to keep her again.

Sarah was wonderful and I will recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to be well taken care of . The constant communication, pictures updates and reliability made our dog stay with Sarah perfect! And about to book my second boarding again.

Ashley did an excellent job taking care of Kaladin for an extended stay. Ashely sent me pictures and video of him enjoying himself and playing with her dogs. He was so happy and she is absolutely my first pick to watch Kal whenever something comes up.

Kordell was wonderful! He sent plenty of picture updates and was great at communication. Upon meeting for drop off Bert ran up to him immediately like they’ve known each other forever, always a great sign! Really appreciate the care my pup was given while away.
