Haley was great! My cats loved her and she was very communicative. She was prompt, and went above what I expected. One of my cats normally hates people and let Haley pet her, so she definitely has a good vibe with animals!

I have a cat with Megaesophagus that requires complicated hour-long feedings. The purpose of this meeting was to go through the process and see if it was something she even wanted to tackle (she did as she likes learning new things and had already looked up information about the condition) Things did not go perfect because I was talking a lot explaining details, there were two people in the room switching out, and Murray is not very sociable to begin with. I believe it will go better if she is by herself. Because of her attitude, patience, and my unsociable cats didn't run and actually interacted with her immediately, I will trust her to do a feeding in the future (and that is not a decision I take lightly.)
