Dog Boarding in Valley Head

Lauren was incredibly kind and took excellent care of our dog. Michonne loved being a farm pup and run around with the other animals for the weekend. Highly recommend and 10/10 will be using again!

My dogs are good boys but one is nervous around new people and the other is very particular and fussy. I was nervous to trust an internet stranger with them but Laura and her family were amazing. She sent photos and gave updates every few hours and was even kind enough to make them farm fresh eggs every morning. She let them outside multiple times a day, played and gave them lots of pets. When we went to pick them up they were very content and the shy one had become completely comfortable, even trying to go back into her home multiple times. Normally once they are back after being away from us they are slightly upset and not as obedient or loving. That has not been the case. This has been the smoothest transition back home and I attribute this to Laura and her family’s attentiveness and care for them.

Anthony took great care of Wiley. He sent regular updates along with photos & videos while Wiley was in his care. We will definitely use him again in the future.

This was the third time that Tillie stayed with Anthony & Kim. We appreciate the photo and text updates keeping us posted on Tillie's activities. Just to let everyone know be prepared to have your dog spoiled! : )

Sarah was wonderful! She was able to pick up and drop off our pups which was great before and after long days on the road. Updates were sent regularly along with pictures of our dogs enjoying their vacation with Sarah. It was obvious she takes the time to get to know your dog and work with them according to their personality. We will definitely use Sarah again!

Christa and her family will love your pet like one of their own. I received pictures daily and Christa always was quick to respond and very flexible on pick up and drop off.

Maranda took really good care of our Billy who is a deaf 2yr old boston terrier. Our other sitter was unavailable that weekend so we were nervous to leave him with a new sitter but all went well and she sent us pictures and a video. Billy was happy when we picked him up.

Thanks to Parker we had a safe place for our dogs to stay while on our family vacation. Things did not go as planned with the original dog sitter when we went to drop them off. The person that was to accept our dogs was not home and the room we were told to leave them in was not safe, sanitary, or large enough for the two of them. It was the same for the rest of the property. So then I was scrambling to find someone enroute to our vaction spot who could watch them. Parker was fast at responding and accepted on such short notice. He was outside waiting when we arrived and his property was well maintained. Parker was wonderful with our pups. They enjoyed themselves. I would not hesitate to let Parker watch them again if we were ever in that area again. Thank you, Parker!!

I am so glad I found Dessire!! She took such good care of our boxer, Jake, while we were on vacation and I got picture and video updates during his stay. They treated him like part of their family. She will be my go-to now anytime we need a pet sitter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
