We live two hours away but were in Birmingham for the day to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Monica and Mitchell are FANTASTIC and took the best care of our little dog Lucy!! They live close to shopping which made drop off and pick up very convenient for us. Jennifer is great!! I am a first time dog mom so I was nervous at first but Jennifer made me feel very comfortable. She constantly kept me updated with texts and also pictures. My pup enjoyed her time with her, she made sure she was WELL taken care of! She also has 2 dogs but my pup got along with them well, they are sweet & loving just like her. I will definitely book again and again lol
