Great communication and care!

Michelle was great! Our little black cat Vixen came right up to her in our meet and greet and that never happens. She is usually shy and hides from strangers. We were gone for 10 days and the kitties were fat and happy when we got back. We will definitely call Michelle the next time that we travel.

Randi did a fantastic job with our special needs dog! She kept us updated at every visit and was attentive to detail. We have already scheduled our second booking!

Tristen was amazing and a life saver at that. I’m new to the area and don’t know many people. Decided to go out on a whim and book with Rover.. But it kinda freaked me out since I didn’t know the person coming into my home. Tristen was wonderful. She came over and met with me. I got her up to speed on my 4 cats and she assured me they would be well taken care of. Tristen checked on my babies everyday, fed them, gave them treats and sent me as many pictures as she could. A few of my cats are scared of people so I’m very surprised she got the pictures she did. Definitely 10/10 recommend and now have someone I can call on when ever I’m going out of town. Tristen is AWESOME!!
