Dog Boarding in Hot Springs Village

Heidi was a wonderful dog sitter for our sweet Cavapoo while we were vacationing in Hot Springs Village. Our dog stayed with her for 2 nights and Heidi took great care of her!

If we could leave more than five stars we would have! Our dogs are our kids so allowing strangers to watch them made us a little uneasy. That was until we met Rebekah and William. Immediately upon meeting them we felt comfortable, and actually excited for our dogs because we knew they were going to have a blast with them. While away from our babies we regularly received pictures and videos showing how much fun they were having. They were being spoiled just like when they are home with us. After we picked them up they were totally exhausted from all the fun they had! This was the first time we have used Rover, or any other application alike, and we will definitely be using it again...only with Rebekah and William!

I am such a fan!! It was so hard to leave my “baby” with a what was at the time a stranger. Brittney asked all the right questions and made it obvious that she wanted to make it the best stay possible. I absolutely loved the picture updates. Will for sure be in contact for future needs!

Bonnie is simply the best. She is willing to go the extra mile if there is a problem. She has juggling superpowers. Even when she has a full house, she knows how to love them all and works hard to meet each pet’s needs as if they were her own. We wouldn’t trade Bonnie for anything! Thank you for everything you do for our Junior, Bonnie!

Melana took great care of my babies. She was very easy to communicate with and kept me updated. This was my first rover experience and won’t be my last. I will use Melanas services in the future and recommend to my friends. She has a nice home and treats your babies like her own. She accommodated my dogs with very short notice.

Kalina and her family were amazing with my pup!!! I got photo updates every day while I was gone. He played and played and had the best time--car rides, softball practice, toys, splashed in puddles, and so much more! Kalina was wonderful to work with. I even had to extend a night due to travel issues and she was extremely accommodating and was happy to help. I can't say how appreciative I was for her wonderful care for my baby! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!! :) Thank you again Kalina & family!

Kelly provided loving care of my precious pup for a week while I was in Hawaii. She put me fully at ease with excellent communication and lots of pics and videos. ♥️ I would trust her again 100% with Rio- and I don’t say that easily!

Lillian was so wonderful. She took the best care of our sweet puppy. Lillian showered him with lots of love and treats. Her pup Christopher also loved our Koda and they have become fast friends.

Ranee was wonderful with our two dogs! During the meet up before our trip she asked so many questions and genuinely cared about making our dogs as comfortable as possible. During our trip she updated us with photos and was very responsive. I will absolutely continue to have her watch our pups in the future!

Joanne has been amazing!! She kept both of our big girls (Rottweiler and golden retriever) while we were on our honeymoon and we could not have been more pleased! She kept us thoroughly updated daily and sent lots of pics! We felt very confident in her care of both our girls especially with our senior epileptic golden retriever, who gets meds twice a day. She even gave both girls a bath the day we came home! The rotty had so much fun all week she could barely stay awake once she got home! We will definitely continue to use Joanne in the future!

Kenzie was great!! Callie can be a bit hyper and being a bigger dog can be intimidating. Kenzie was so sweet and understanding with her. We brought her over for a meet and great and quickly felt comfortable leaving Callie with her. We would love having Kenzie sit for us again.

Tara was amazing! She was so nice to let us meet the day before and it gave me such a peace of mind to ask questions and see where they would be staying. She sent photos throughout the day and was very positive even if the pups were a bit grumpy. She is very kind and genuinely loves creatures big and small. My pups seemed very relaxed to be there and if I'm ever in town again I'll know exactly where to go! Thank you again for your hospitality to my babies and treating them as your own!
