Phyllis completely put our mind at ease, as we had to be out of town and our older dog needed a patient caring walker. She went above and beyond to meet his needs with compassion & care. Phyllis was very detailed by recording on a profile sheet all his needs and medication. She was very attentive to quickly communicate texts to all our questions and kept us informed during the whole trip. Phyllis takes her job serious and professional.
