Shannon was so patient and loving to my shelter dog. My dog can be slow to take to new people but Shannon put in the time and effort to make her comfortable and was great about providing updates while I was away. Shannon understand that each dog is different and may require different things and Shannon really puts in the effort to understand your dog’s needs.
