Nothing but positive things to say about Madison and the entire Rover experience!!! She did an excellent job at taking care of my two fur babies while we were out of town for 10 days and this service was an absolute godsend considering we have a full grown Great Dane and a very large mixed breed who are only accustomed to being in their normal home environment. Madison remained in touch constantly and was willing to come out for a meet and greet beforehand to make everyone more comfortable about the situation. Upon meeting her and seeing her interact with the dogs, my husband and I felt such immense relief knowing they would be well taken care of and also felt so much better about allowing a stranger into our home overall. I cannot express how much I appreciated Madison and I will be certain to reach out to her specifically for any future pet sitting needs.
This was my first experience with Rover and Lindsey was fantastic. Lindsey was very communicative and fast to respond. Loved all of the photos of my dogs while I was away. Lindsey is wonderful with small scared dogs. I have a very fearful scared small dog who will not come up to anyone, and Lindsey was able to get her to even sit on her lap. Recommend anyone to Lindsey.
