Dog Boarding in Camp Verde

Juanita was awesome with my pup! He had never been boarded before, and has separation anxiety, but he warmed right up and didn’t want to leave! It really helped that there were a few other dogs for him to play with, and he didn’t have to be put in a kennel. I think it helped him feel more comfortable. Juanita took the best photos and sent them to me to keep me updated on how he was doing - it always looked like he was having a blast! In addition, Juanita seemed like such a kind and genuine person. I am so grateful to have found her to make sure my pup was safe and happy and I could relax and enjoy my vacation without having to worry!

Garey went above and beyond for us while watching our dogs over our wedding weekend in Sedona. Watching two younger dogs isn’t easy but Garey was kind, communicative, and had a very positive attitude the entire time. We really appreciated Garey and wished we had more time to hear about his travels. All the best to you, Garey, and please know, that we will be forever grateful! Thank you!!!

Omina and Daniel were great! They were responsive to communications, easy to work with and provided updates throughout my doggies' stay. I have senior dogs who need a little extra care and watching and Omina and Dan completely stepped up and made my dogs feel at home. They were happy and well cared for when I picked them up. Highly recommend!

We took a three week vacation and left our dog child with Doreen. When we first reached out to her regarding our stay, she suggested that we might want to do a meet and greet, then a couple days of play date, and then a night over. This worked beautifully as it prepared our dog to be familiar with her house and her little dog Lady. We were very impressed with her thoughtfulness in regards to preparing him. We were a bit nervous, leaving him for that long, but we were able to get pictures and video chat with Doreen and could see how joyful Reishi was. When we went to pick him up, he had to familiarize himself with us, and I could see how bonded he was with them and their little dog. Reishi received lots of love, playtime, walks, and was even professionally bathed. We highly recommend Doreen for giving your dog the best care. Her house is totally set up for dogs and her backyard is an amazing space for them to run and play.

Another great stay with Byrd. She really does enjoy Amanda.

Highest recommendation!!! Kitty was so sweet, so flexible, kept us posted on how things were going, and even sent pictures of our dog while she was watching him! She worked really hard to make our dog comfortable while he stayed with her, especially with easing his anxiety with the new environment. We really really appreciate what a great job she did!!!

Aspen and her mom Wendy were so sweet with our dog. It was our first experience boarding her overnight with strangers, and they were really experienced with the arc of nervousness dogs can go through with this new experience. They sent regular updates and photos and were really patient with all of our questions. They were accommodating with our schedules which was really helpful especially since we came in from out of town.

Highly recommend Barbara. Barbara is a friendly dog caring person. Will definitely be returning to her for future boarding for our two fur babies.

Casper and Angle are wonderful they treated Minnie like their own! Minnie had a exciting time playing and interacting with others. I recommend Casper and Angle for all your sitting needs

Buddy had a great time staying with Lori and the rest of his new furry pals. Lori's home couldn't be more perfect as a home away from home. Buddy looks forward to his next stay!

Ashley did a great job watching my dogs for Thanksgiving week. She sent updates throughout the day and tons of photos. Will definitely be using her in the future!

This was our second time using Rover. The first time the sitter lost my 5lb dog and didn’t even know it (I was contacted by a stranger who found her on the street in another neighborhood.) I was so worried about ever using a Rover sitter again, but Zach really put me at ease. He did a great job with our 3 dogs for a two-night boarding. Thanks Zach for keeping our pups safe and happy! 5 stars and definitely recommend.

My dog is a bit special needs as he is not a fan of many people and therefore it’s really hard to find someone I can trust to watch him. He seemed to love Kayla and I was really able to relax on my trip knowing he was in good hands. She was sure to send me updates so I knew all was good. It’s great to know I have another option when I need someone to watch my little guy! Will definitely be using Kayla again!

My dog Chico just spent 5 wonderful nights with Alma and her husband. I am so glad I found her as she took wonderful care of my baby. She kept me updated with emails and adorable photo. I will absolutely use Alma and DogVacay again!

Alexa is professional and friendly, and it’s obvious our dogs had a wonderful time at her home. Her pup is a great and easy companion for other dogs. Scheduling, pickup and drop-off were easy. We appreciate having someone so trustworthy taking care of our sweet dogs.

Belle received wonderful care during her stay with Daniela and her family. Her two children are absolutely adorable and believe Belle enjoyed playing and being with them very much. Daniela will be Belle's first choice to stay with as long as she is available :-).
