Kayla did a great job with our two kitties! By day 2, even our very shy kitty was out and about asking for pets/brushes. Her communication was great and she flagged a few things the cats were doing during the week to ask if they were normal, etc. One of our kitties had a flare-up of a condition while we were gone and she went above in beyond to clean up after her and keep an extra eye on her to make sure everything resolved as expected. Would definitely book again!
Juan did an excellent job caring for our cats while we were away for the holidays. I had never left them for such a long trip, so I was very nervous, but Juan sent us plenty of pictures and updates. Even our very shy cat who is normally scared of strangers warmed up to him and played with him. Juan is very polite, professional, and clearly loves animals.
