Kim took care of our cat for 2 weeks while we were out of town. After our meet and greet, I was comfortable knowing that she would take great care of our cat and I didn't worry about having her come to my home to do so. She was punctual, honest, efficient, and caring. I enjoyed the pictures and a short note she sent each day letting me know how our kitty was getting along. She was also flexible with times as we had to make changes to our initial schedule. I mistakenly scheduled her for weekly drop in visits rather than a two week period of time, so I had to 'cancel' that type of scheduling when we returned. I highly recommend Kim.

This was the first time using Rover.com to find someone to care for our dogs. The service was great. We appreciated the updates and pictures after each visit. Our dogs have some special dietary requirements and those were expertly followed. Thank you for such great care of our “babies”!!

Kailey cared for our two cats, Dusty and Elenor, in our home from December 23–27, 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. She visited twice a day, fed them, and took great care to make sure they were comfortable while we were away.
