House Sitting in Elgin

Rachel did an excellent job of caring for our cat! She left the house clean and sent us pictures of Cassie while we were gone. I highly recommend her.

Justin isn’t just a dog sitter, he’s basically a canine therapist, gourmet chef, and personal assistant all rolled into one. I have four dogs (yes, four, a small herd), and somehow, Justin manages to keep them all happy, fed, walked, and loved like they’re his own. Every time I come home, the dogs look at me like, “Oh… you’re back already?” which honestly is the highest compliment a pet parent can give. He remembers their quirks….who likes their belly rubbed clockwise, who needs to be bribed to go outside when it rains, and who thinks they’re a lap dog but weighs 70 pounds. He sends the best updates too…photos of my little ones, even little “status reports” that make me laugh out loud. It’s like getting daily episodes of “Keeping Up with the Canines.” Long story short, Justin is a miracle worker. My dogs adore him, I trust him completely, and if he ever tries to retire, I might have to bribe him to stay.

Alexandra was great with my extensive care instructions and multiple pups-especially the one who is a little unsure with new people. I loved the photos and updates she sent-just wish she'd sent more! Reliable and highly recommend her to watch your pets while you go out of town.

Michelle was such a wonderful friend and caretaker for our pup. She was incredibly responsive and very patient with our dog. Henry, our terrier mix, takes time to warm up to new people and Michelle was very understanding of the situation. We booked a few check-ins to get Henry comfortable with her before booking her to stay at the house with him. High recommended and appreciate her willingness to learn more about Henry's traits.

Jake took care of our dog Mario for a week while we traveled out of state. He was very communicative and took time to talk with us about Mario's needs and updated us throughout the week. We came home to a clean house and a happy dog!
