Kaylan was incredibly responsive, completed all of the necessary tasks in a timely manner, and even got our extremely shy cat to socialize! Loved the pictures and feedback we received from her :)
Our kitty is very people oriented and we worried she would be stressed but Reed gave her attention on the visits and Gigi was very calm upon our return. Reed is very easy to work with, a good communicator, sent us updates and photos. Gave us a peace of mind knowing that our Gigi was being loved and cared for so well.
