This is my first time using the rover application and I am very satisfied with Nicole! She gets along well with my dog and she is very reliable! Any special requests that I have Nicole completes them with ease! Check-Ins and outs are always sent to me along with pictures of my dog, nova! After using Madison previously, I was happy to book her for a two week stint to watch my cat and dog while I was on vacation. I returned home to two healthy happy furballs! She did everything I asked while I was away and communication between us for the duration was excellent. I received so many pictures of them while I was gone that I ALMOST didn't miss them, as crazy as that sounds. I knew they were in good hands!

Cristin was amazing with our German shepherd. He was at ease with Cristin from the moment he met her and even gave his coveted "hugs" to her right away. It was so comforting to know he was in the capable and loving care of Cristin. Pictures of him sent by Cristin showed him smiling, relaxed, and having fun. We will definitely be return customers - highly recommend.
