Robyn was straightforward and easy to work with from the initial conversation. She sent consistent updates and pictures while I was away. She left my house cleaner than when I departed. Such a great job and willing to work with picky cats

The cats seemed happier and less stressed this trip. Appreciated extra help with bringing in a package and garbage can without being asked. She sent pictures of all 3 kittys in some of their favorite but hard to find hiding places, even under our bed. Instead of leaving the keys under the front door mat where someone might find them before we got home, she messaged me she'll drop them off when we're home. I would highly recommend Kylee if you're looking for someone who gives the best pet care but who also cares about things not necessarily expected of her.

Juan was friendly and really good with our cats. Even our shy cat warmed up to him. We received many photo updates daily, which let us know that our cats were doing well. 10/10 recommend Juan!!
