Robyn was straightforward and easy to work with from the initial conversation. She sent consistent updates and pictures while I was away. She left my house cleaner than when I departed. Nellie got along well with my cat right off the bat! She did a great job taking care of her while I was gone, making sure that she was both well fed and happy!

We were happy with Kaitlynn’s responsiveness. Our cats are fairly easy going, but one gets separation anxiety and needs someone around frequently (or else UTI/other fun emergency vet visit reasons crop up). The house was in good order and the cats were fed and happy when we got home from our five day work trip and that is all we could ask for!
