Juan did an excellent job caring for our cats while we were away for the holidays. I had never left them for such a long trip, so I was very nervous, but Juan sent us plenty of pictures and updates. Even our very shy cat who is normally scared of strangers warmed up to him and played with him. Juan is very polite, professional, and clearly loves animals. Kaitlynn was awesome, to be available for us last minute to help with a drop in visit for our diabetic dog Nikki. She came by the night before to meet Nikki and learn the simple process of her medicine injection after her dinner. She arrived early and provided exactly what we needed while away from the house. We were very grateful for her reputation, as it always means a lot to trust a new sitter.

Christian is always a life saver and I trust him with my dogs completely. I have high drive and energy dogs but Al these time they stayed with Christian or he took care of them at home there’s never been any issues. They come back happy healthy and are happy to see him again. I can feel safe and not worry about resolving issues while I’m away. Highly recommended
