James and Erin were absolutely fabulous! 🥹 This was our first time using Rover and our 7 month old puppy’s first time being away from us since we adopted her, so I was a bit nervous. From the start, I knew I made the right choice boarding her with James and Erin. They were so kind, patient, and attentive, and made sure she was comfortable during her stay. She had an amazing time playing with the other pups and seemed so happy and well cared for. I really appreciated the small updates and how understanding they were as she adjusted, especially with a few early accidents. It was such a relief knowing she was in such good hands. I’m beyond grateful for such a positive experience and can’t recommend James and Erin enough. We’ll definitely be booking with them again! Thank you both so much for taking such great care of our girl.

This is our first time having Jasmine watch our dog. She sent us updated pictures and videos showing how our dog is doing. He looked like he was having a great time and making new friends. I would definitely consider having Jasmine watch our dog again next time.

This was our pup’s first time staying with Margareth. She is so wonderful and made him feel at home. Our Harley is a senior dog and loved all the attention she gave him. Margareth is very knowledgeable about dogs and you can tell she loves them all. We really enjoyed all the pics and videos she sent during his stay. We will definitely be using her for all our daycare and boarding needs. Thank you so much, Margareth.

Tan and Carly were amazing once again. This was our second time with them and our dog came back happy and tired out with all the endless hours of playtime he had at their house.

We loved 💕 the care that Adriana and Kayla provided to our fur baby! We loved that she kept us updated daily with videos and pictures! She was very attentive to our fur babies cuddling needs . She took him on walks with Kayla when the weather permitted her to do so!! We would definitely 💯 have her sit our fur baby again. And recommend her services to others!!🐶🐾🥰💕

Michelle was great. She provided communication and photo updates each day. My senior dog needs extra care and attention, especially with her food and injected insulin, Michelle’s previous experience and understanding gave us peace of mind. We will definitely book with Michelle again.

Astro has a great time with this family. Never had to worry about him at all. Was a great vacation for both of us. He had so much fun playing with their pups and humans.

Amber is absolutely amazing. She helped take care of my fur baby when I needed it the most. Her and her family took great care of my fur baby. I got photo updates and videos. She helped calm my heart in a stressful time knowing I had my fur baby with a loving and safe family. And my fur baby came home tired from all the fun she had. I will definitely be rebooking in the future for any vacation I take.

Logan, Raquel and family took wonderful care of Murphy and Seamus. This was my first time leaving my dogs with non-family members and I am so happy I picked this family!! I received regular updates and pictures. I could tell when I picked up my dogs that they had a great time! Eric and his husband are the BEST! Our fur babies were so excited to go see their friends. As soon as we turned the corner to Eric’s house the pups lost it, yelping with joy and then running around the house and yard like monsters :)

Kristi was fantastic with our two boys! It can be difficult finding a sitter over a holiday weekend, we were so grateful to find Kristi. Her and her husband were incredible! They took such wonderful care of our 9 year old and our 11 month old puppy. It almost felt like a very affordable board and train because they socialized our puppy with group walks with their dogs, ha! We are still working on leash training so it made us so happy to see videos of happy walks! Our puppy is typically nervous around new people and especially men, but he was immediately at home at Kristi's. I know he could sense he was in good care with dog lovers! Kristi kept us informed and sent lots of photos and videos that were so appreciated. We will be back for sure!

We don’t leave Rio anywhere else besides here, Danielle consistently sends photos and messages on how Rio is doing - can’t ask for anyone better!
