Extremely kind, completely professional, clearly experienced with all sorts of dogs, and very responsive - Ashley is the best. She has been so easy to work with and on the initial meet-and-greet asked all the right questions about our two big, sometimes reactive dogs and on several walk has been flexible and sent pictures. Couldn't recommend enough!
Very knowledgeable and so helpful. Consistently sending updates and pictures. Clearly loves dogs and made us feel comfortable as first time users of Rover to have him watch our German Shepherd for 6 days. He even went so far as to leave a harness for us so that our dog can walk better and we can enjoy walks more/train her to not pull as much/have safer walks. He also left her a large toy since he watched her over Christmas! So incredibly thoughtful. Will book again.
Bettina was great! She did a same day meet and greet and dog walking coming back in the evening while we were away at an event for the evening! She provided pictures and updates and left fresh water for our pup, if you need anyone to help with your fur baby definitely use Bettina
