Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Steam

Lana was personable and responsible. I felt completely at ease leaving my cat in her care for a week. She was responsive and went above and beyond. Our cat apparently turned the gas knob and let gas from the stove out and Lana realized it at her visit, removed the knobs, opened windows and texted me immediately. She is also savvy about let related services around town. We will ask for her help again!

Melissa is awesome! She takes good care of the animals while we are gone and sends daily updates on how they are doing. I would highly recommend her!

Avianna is super sweet and on top of it. Her updates and pictures provided comfort to us as we were away. Would definitely recommend, and rebook.

Mary went above and beyond and essentially saved our kitten’s life. She had been spayed Dec 4 but it opened up a week before Christmas and sadly two vets here in Yuma blew us off and/or canceled her appt. She was dehydrated, not eating, and had a fever. We had to leave town the day after Christmas so we did our best to bandage her up hoping we could just monitor. Mary noticed the wound became much worse and she ended up needing emergency surgery to clear out the abscess in her abdomen. Mary brought her to the vet, picked her up from surgery, and scheduled her follow up appointment for us. She even took our kitten home and set her up in a dog crate so she could be supervised better while coned (she was only booked to do drop in visits). She administered meds, communicated constantly AND still went to our house to do drop ins for the rest of our pets. Our kitten Piggy is lucky to have had Mary watching over her….had we continued to monitor like we were told, I’m sure she could have died. I’m not sure what it takes to get star sitter ratings on Rover but Mary deserves it. We originally requested services from one of the so called star sitters because Mary wasn’t initially available, and she no showed for our meet and greet saying she happened to have an emergency but didn’t get a chance to message us until the moment I contacted her to ask where she was. Surely Mary deserves it over someone like that!

Michelle did a wonderful job taking care of my moms cat while she was out of town, keeping us updated daily. It's so important to know our fur babies are being well cared for while we are gone, as well as trusting who will be in our home. I highly recommend Michelle if you want to feel comfortable with leaving your pets care to a sitter. We will definitely ask her to watch our kitty when out of town.

Makyla has looked after my cat 4 times now and she has been amazing!! My cat loves her!! When I’m out of town, I know my cat is in good hands with Makyla.

Abril and her boyfriend are so sweet! They were kind and punctual. Both of our dogs were so happy to see them. 10/10 recommend Abril!

I have used Danielle twice now and she has been great both times. Next time I am in Yuma I will use her again.
