Kristen was amazing! Kristen was really prompt with responding to the request, able to do a meet-and-greet quickly, and was so responsive while I was out of town. She was so good with my cat, Hailey. Hailey is normally really nervous around new people, but she warmed up to Kristen and I got many pictures of Hailey rolling around just being herself. I absolutely recommend using Kristen as a sitter and plan on booking with her again.

Michael was great. He was on time and gave our spoiled old-man cat all the food and attention that he is used to. He even helped us out due to a storm delaying our trip and came back to check on our cat and our property after the storm. Our cat seemed unfazed by our first trip in a long time which was such a relief!
