Honestly, the best. Joann is very responsive, and tries her best to adhere to whatever care you’d like for your pet. I feel comfortable allowing her to come in and take care of my pet a few hours a day when I’m not around. I will definitely continue to use her service.

Maisie went above and beyond in the caretaking of Porcini, a super anxious antisocial dog. He grew so much under her care and I see a noticeable difference in his confidence, and he had such a fun week hanging out with her.
