Charity was great with our two girls. She was patient with our Violet who does not trust easily. Charity gave us regular communication on hiw her stay was going and hiw our dogs were doing.

Leah was great! My dogs are super skittish, but she had the touch and talent to calm them.

Karli and her husband were probably the most comfortable our pup has been in all the years we've him watched. Super kind, listened to his quirks, and without a doubt respected our requests. Would book them over and over again.

Michelle was fantastic, Ranger had a great time and the photos keeping me updated gave us great peace of mind.

The most caring dog sitter in Prescott!! Donna keeps you in the loop with how your dog is faring. She clearly lives your dog like he or she is your own. Donna goes above and beyond what you expected. My flight was canceled in Europe and I couldn’t get a flight out for 2.5 days. She excepted one day extension and then checked back with my dog to giver her needed meds and food in days she was as not available. She made sure my dog was not ignored even though she wasn’t officially available. My dog and home were in safe hands with Donna. I’m glad I didn’t hire a younger person only because the ones I interviewed would not know how to handle emergencies like Donna. One didn’t even know how to use a mower. Donna mowed my lawn, collected my mail, handled meds and had to deal with a dog with high level of separation anxiety. She placed barriers that my dog would push through and she’d do it again til reinforcement worked. Thank you so much Donna. Don’t hire someone cuz they are pricey; hire someone who’s mature, shows high level of communication, sends pics and stories of how your dog is doing like Donna did for me.

Ashley did a good job sitting with our 14 week old GSD puppy to keep him company while we attended a wedding. He was a very happy pup when we returned. Thanks, Ashley!

Summary: in one word Lori was “spectacular”. Details: Well, this was the first-time using Rover, and the first-time having a house/dog sitting service. I got to admit at first, we (my wife and myself) were skeptical. We interviewed a few sitters and Lori was the one we picked. Even though we are located outside Lori’s area of service, Lori was willing to meet with us and talk over our needs. We have two very spoiled and not so well socialized schnoodles (girls). Surprising though, they took to Lori right from the start. We provided Lori with a laundry list of dog notes, to help bring her up to speed on the area and the dogs nuances. She laughed at the amount of detail but was very happy to review and be familiar with it. We were gone ten days, so during those days, Lori sent pictures of the girls and kept us posted on how it was going. Lori is very much a good natural animal lover. We felt very comfortable leaving the house and our two babies with her. She took the girls for long walks in the forest every day (most times twice a day) and pampered them. She was very respectful of our house and property. She even watered our plants in the greenhouse,,, and offered some tips on how to help the grow better. The house was in good order,, even some of our laundry was done and folded. Most importantly though, while the dogs were happy to see us return, they did not seem destressed at all. We would Highly recommend Lori for your sitting needs. We will be using her again.

Alexa has a calm, grounding presence and the warmest heart with our dogs. She stayed at our home while we were away, and when we came back, our usually bouncy pups were relaxed and happy. It was clear they felt safe and loved with her. Alexa truly listens to what we and our dogs need, and she goes above and beyond to care for them. We’re so grateful for the genuine love she brings to our dogs. Thank you, Alexa!
