Rachel was fantastic - super accommodating and flexible for a last minute (<24H) series of walking appointments. There are few things more enjoyable than coming home to a happy, well-walked dog after a series of long days, so it was a great experience for both me and my dog.

I will be honest, I was a bit worried to hire anyone to watch my dog because he can be aggressive and we are still working on socializing him. He is a rescue and is very skittish. Ellen absolutely knows her way around dogs. She was able to quickly and effectively put him at ease and have him follow commands. I am thrilled to have found her and know I will use her as often as I can. Ellen was compassionate yet in command.
