House Sitting in Acorn

My house is a mess right now with renovations going on, but Jami agreed to come stay with Ellie anyway. She stayed throughout the day even though she could have left while the contractor was here working. It was obvious Ellie loves her from the photos Jami sent. She will be the first person I look for next time I have to travel overnight!

Shaundra has stayed at my home twice and watched my dog Sundance. She is pleasant, communicative and leaves the place as neat as when she found it. I can tell she has a deep love for animals which makes me very comfortable to have my dog in her care.

My wife and I contacted Alex M. to housesit our Havanese puppy. As this was almost a last minute request (we forgot we had concert tickets!), we were extremely pleased at Alex's immediate reply and willingness to meet us for a meet and greet. Alex had a wonderful personality and got along with our little puppy extremely well from the get go. Alex's willingness to help out and her confidence and skill with dogs made us feel very comfortable from the start since we'd never had a dog sitter before nor used Rover before. On the night of the event, Alex was punctual, professional, and just an all around great person, not only for us to chat with, but also for our little one. Alex sent us a couple updates with pics during the evening so we could see how our puppy was doing. We really appreciated this gesture. It was a pleasure to work with Alex and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to keep an eye on their precious dog. Thanks Rover, and especially thanks to Alex!

Ellen was great with my senior special needs pup! She was very open to learning how to take care of him, and stayed in touch me throughout my trip which made me feel very comfortable. My pup seemed very relaxed when I got home. Will definitely be using Ellen again. I highly recommend her for all your pet sitting needs!

Rachel is staying with my cat and dog for a second time and I always find them happy when I am back! Can't be happier - will definitely come back!

Heather watched our 3 pups (one puppy, one 7 years old, and one elder) while we were on a week long vacation. She sent updates and pictures throughout the trip. When we returned home, the house was cleaner than when we left :). Thanks Heather for taking such good care of our little ones.

Sean was awesome and took good care of our pups for a night while they were sick! We’d definitely have him help out again.

Lillian provided our dog and cat with excellent loving care. We were impressed with her handling of our somewhat anxious dog and she knows cats extremely well. We are happy to know we can leave the care of our pets to her in the future.
