Sami was so wonderful! I have 2 cats that are very scared of most people. She was patient and kind and took her time getting to know both of them. I felt so fortunate to have Sami watching my cats while I was away. Courtney was kind enough to visit my cats for the first time at the last minute on a holiday weekend. She was prompt, professional, communicative, and easy to work with.
