Susan saved us this week! We recently (2 weeks ago!) moved to Malibu and found ourselves suddenly having to attend two events that would have us away from our babies for more than half the day. I scrambled to find someone to help out with our dogs and quickly jumped on Rover.com. Susan's profile was at the top of the list and I reached out right away. She responded to me almost instantaneously and before I knew it we had a meet and greet set up! My husband and I and most importantly our three dogs immediately took to Susan. She is warm and personable and you know without a doubt how much she loves dogs and caring for them. I trust very few people with my beloved babies and she put us all at ease right away. Susan's follow up and communication throughout her time with our dogs was fantastic! I could see when she checked in and when she completed her visit with them. And the photos and videos she took were so appreciated and allowed me to see that our babies were in very capable hands and having a blast with Susan. We're so glad we found Susan and will definitely be calling on her again!

Kiyarash is simply amazing!! Excellent communication, on-time visits, and is so great with animals. For so long I have put off traveling because of my dog Bear being a bit reactive, but the professionalism and love for dogs that Kiyarash has, has made it possible for me to get away every now and then.
