We always love working with Sara - she’s very understanding, communicative, and responsible! Best sitter we’ve worked with on Rover and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

We had a house sitter cancel at the last minute and were so grateful to find Lee. She responded quickly and was very clear. It was our first time using Rover and Lee made the experience a breeze. The girls loved their stay with her and the other small dogs, which was definitely good for them. They are no doubt looking forward to visiting again.

Melina was fantastic! Wynnie loved her and she was super communicative. Our flight was delayed and she was very flexible!Will definitely use again!

Chanakarn and Jake did a great job in taking care of QQ and made sure he is comfortable with other dogs! Chanakarn checked in with me every day and took photos of how QQ was doing. She also responded really fast and communication went great. I would definitely recommend and come back again!

Danielle took qinderful care of my pup Marley who was recently dx with heart disease. I was very nervous about leaving him but she made the whole thing stress free and he did great with her, took his meds, ate her home cooked food (despite being a picky eater) and seemed to live the company of her sweet pup Nala. Received daily photos/videos and updates that were very reassuring and drop off was seamless. Highly recommend!

Our dog is no walk in the park with all of his demands for attention and treats! He was loved and well taken care of; now we can get away because our pandemic puppy can stay with Kelly. He obviously had a good time with her little pup because he came home tired and calm. ?

Karen is incredible! She's very reliable, responsible, and spends quality time caring for your pup. She's has been so helpful and understanding while caring for my reactive dog. I would highly recommend her services !!!

We can't say enough about Erika! Our little terrier was in such good hands with her. She's truly a dog lover and treats your dog like it was her own. We got lots of emails and pictures from Erika and we'd whole heartedly ask to use her services again. Erika is not only a great dog sitter, but also a lovely person ;) Thanks Erika!

We were going on a 3 week trip and were a little worried about Mr. B, who, as he has gotten older, gets a little anxious about changes to his routine. During the meet and greet, we were reassured to by Anthony and Nikita's easygoing and confident attitude with B, the questions they asked about him and his schedule. While we were gone, we got photos and daily updates, we could see Mr. B was settling in. He even played with their very chill dog, Mia (which was unusual for B). Anthony and Nikita provided good and loving care to our dog. The proof was when we came to pick him up: while Mr. B was very happy to see us, he also went back and forth between us and Nikita and Anthony, wagging his tail. He had gotten quite attached to them. We definitely would recommend them as caring, careful caretakers.

I’m a little reluctant to leave such a great review bc Alex is such a gem and I selfishly want her for Benny lolAlex was great with Benny. She was attentive to Benny’s needs and gave him lots of walks and cuddles. She was very communicative and asked questions when appropriate, which made me feel even more confident in her care of my Benny-bear. I not only will use her services again.. I would highly recommend her to any close friend or family member.

Jennifer and her husband were fantastic with Coolio. This was our first time leaving her with a sitter and she quickly settled in. Jennifer provided multiple pictures and videos daily, and was quick to answer any questions we had. When we picked Coolio up she was clean and happy. I would definitely use Jennifer again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog!

I wish I could give Beth and Jeff 10 stars. My elderly boxer (Sugar Ray) stayed with them for six nights. It was our first time with Rover.com. Beth and Jeff and their kids gave Shug a loving family experience. They sent me text updates with photos three times/day. He appeared to be completely integrated into their family, in the kitchen when they were cooking, sunbathing on the patio while the children played outside, permitted on the furniture, allowed to sleep with their 4-year-old daughter, given lap cuddles. Their own dog was completely at peace with him, as were their other "guests." Jeff and Beth's property is a dog's paradise. In addition to the open, sunny patio, they have a hillside embedded with stairs and paths and surrounded by a secure fence. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for the care Beth and Jeff and their children gave my beloved old guy. I was a bit concerned he wouldn't want to come home. Your dog could not possibly find a better temporary home.

The dogs had such a great time at Suzanne's, I literally couldn't get Sailor to leave! Once again, great communication and easy pick up and drop off.

Chad and his partner provided thoughtful care and a wonderful stay for our rescue pup. It was the first time we left him with an overnight/boarding sitter and Chad was communicative throughout the stay. It's clear our pup had an enriching time! We appreciate Chad and looking forward to booking with him again.

I was a nervous first time Rover user and booked my cat Kushy with Aman for a 7 day stay. He was excellent. Aman sent updates and pictures regularly, so I was able to see that Kushy warmed up to him quickly. When I realized I’d forgotten to include Kushy’s hard food, he accommodated my need to drop it off early before my departing flight. Aman was patient with me and Kushy, and I look forward to booking with him again!

Charlene is an absolute angel! We had the worst case scenario happen to us and Charlene totally saved the day. Our dog sitter canceled at the last minute before our week-long trip, so we turned to Rover to find someone to care for our dog. However, we had barely arrived at our destination when we found that the person we hired through Rover wasn’t able to continue the booking! Being all the way across the country, and the middle of the night, we were in an absolute panic. Rover’s team helped us to find Charlene, and I immediately felt so at ease. Charlene was kind and caring. She asked thorough questions and was quick with her own answers to my questions. It was obvious, even over text, that she knew what she was doing. Once Schmitty was dropped off at Charlene’s we received messages every couple of days, and even a few pictures. At pickup, our pup seemed so happy and cared for. This obviously wasn’t an ideal situation, and I’m so grateful to Charlene for coming through. Thank you SO much!!

Karen and Hisako took great care of our little dog, Obi, while we traveled to Mexico for a week! We got daily updates on Obi's adventures, and they assured us often that he was well taken care of and loved. We definitely recommend Karent and Hisako, and the next time we travel, we will be reaching out again!

I was a bit nervous leaving my Birdie with a new person, but only because this would have been the longest I'd be leaving her while on vacation since I've adopted her. But Jessie was amazing, sent me photos right away after I dropped her off. Birdie went on plenty of walks and was well taken care of during my week away. Would definitely book again!
