Rachel was wonderful! She quickly learned each kitty's unique personality and made sure they felt comfortable and cared for. For example, she took extra time with our shy cat, helping them warm up to her. Rachel regularly sent stories and photos, which reassured us and kept us connected while we were away. She even took the initiative to set up new kitty water bowl items we had ordered, making the environment more enjoyable for our pets. Thanks to her attentiveness and proactive approach, we felt completely at ease. I highly recommend Rachel and will definitely reach out to her again.

This was our second time using Ana as a dog sitter, and we are grateful we found her! Ana is terrific with our dog, who is often nervous and shy with new people. She is always super communicative and sends lots of picture updates throughout her stay -- we would highly recommend her if you are looking for a pet sitter in the area!

Derek was great with my dogs. He was on on time and communicated and updated me throughout the day. He is experienced with dogs and knows how to read their body languages. Great at following instructions and a dog lover.

Nastasia was a great sitter for Winnie. She was responsive, shared insights about Winnie’s behavior, and helped me feel comfortable leaving my dog alone for the first time since my other dog passed. I definitely recommend her.

Cara is simply the best. My dog loves her, I have such peace of mind when she stays with him, and I come home to a happy dog and a home even neater than I left it. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Isaiah was fantastic throughout the entire process . From quick and thorough responses, to a prompt meet and greet with our two dogs, to plenty of communication (including great pictures) during the time he stayed at our apartment, to the above and beyond things like washing the sheets from the bed and leaving our apartment cleaner than we left it. And beyond all that, he took great care of our dogs, who clearly felt right at home with him. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and already have requested Isaiah to watch our dogs again.

Phuong took great care of our very anxious dog while we were away. It was the first time we have used a dog sitter who stayed in our house, and we were not sure what to expect. But once we met Phuong, we were very comfortable with the situation. She is trustworthy, communicates well, and follows instructions. Best of all, she was able to reassure our fearful pup and establish a good relationship with her.

Michaela is great!! She was so sweet and understanding when it came to our elderly cat and her needs. Michaela was great about checking in and letting us know how our cat was doing. Would definitely rebook and recommend to friends in the future! ?

Anny and her sister, Lucy, house and dog sat for us for 12 days while we were out of town recently. They were highly communicative throughout our time away and sent us daily photo and video updates. They reached out with any questions or concerns, and even got our picky dog to eat her kibble while we were away. We felt so secure knowing our dog was in their care. As always, they took great and loving care of our dog and our home. We will definitely book them again for future travel!

Aurelia was great with our 8 year old dog, staying with her in our house for 3 days. We came back to a relaxed pup and a clean home. She is an excellent communicator, asking questions as needed and giving a daily photo check-in so we knew everything was alright and we could focus on being away!

This was Fuliang’s second time watching Hampton, and once again he did an amazing job! He’s dependable, punctual communicative, and clearly cares about Hampton’s comfort. I really enjoy the updates, pictures and videos. It’s such a relief knowing Hampton is in great hands. We’ll definitely keep booking with him!

Erik watched dogs and house sat for 2 1/2 weeks while we were on a safari in Africa. He was so amazing- sending updates with photos and even took the dogs camping! I can’t recommend him enough!

Laurena was just amazing looking after our home and our kitty. We knew he would be in good hands the moment we met her. Laurena is friendly, warm and clearly loves animals. While we were away we got regular updates with photos showing our contented cat. We would definitely book her to watch our cat and our home again. She went out of her way to take care of things at our house and most importantly, we came home to a happy cat.

Josephine did so well with our paraplegic pup Zulu!! Finding specialty care for a paraplegic dog can be tricky, but Josephine was open to learning & eager to try caring for Zulu - and she did amazingly!! Zulu was so satisfied (I.e., tired hehe) - Zulu loves her dedicated Rover friends, and we’re very glad we found Josephine for future care needs!
