I booked Elizabeth to watch my two kitties for 2 weeks. It was my first time using the Rover app and I couldn’t be more happy with her services and care for my cat children. Elizabeth was very professional from the beginning to end. She suggested we have a meet and greet with the cats before booking which helped us make sure she and the cats were comfortable. During our trip, she would send us photo updates everyday and it was lovely seeing updates. There was a couple of days where I had a problem with the code to the house and she wasn’t able to get in to attend to the cats. Elizabeth was attentive to the issue and we resolved the issue together. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to look after your furry friends. Thanks Elizabeth!

Ashley is THE BEST! She watched our 13-year-old dog while we were gone for 9 days and managed everything with aplomb! Our dog has a complicated meds and bedtime routine, and she’s also dog-reactive. Ashley handled it all with total ease, while also keeping us updated with lots of details and sweet pics! I would not hesitate to book her again and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone needing pet care!
