Upon returning home, everything was exactly as I had left it, and my cats were happy and content. Victoria was a wonderful Petsitter to my two cats! I was away for a week on vacation, and she fed my cats and cleaned up after them and played with them. They were well taken care of. She also gave me daily updates with photos which I really appreciated!

We were new to Rover and had never used the service before, and so had no idea what to expect. Diana’s services, as well as her warm and engaging personality when we met to see if we were a good match, exceeded our highest expectations. Diana asked lots of questions about our kitty Princess, and wanted to know details about her care and feeding as well as how she could be helpful to us (mail, plants, etc.) during our month-long vacation. She sent us pictures and updates every day, which was so helpful. When we returned, Princess was as healthy and happy as ever. Diana was just lovely to work with every step of the way, and we would give her our highest possible recommendation – and we have our fingers crossed that she’ll be available to help take care of our little kitty when we’re away on future trips.

The best cat sitter ever. Helen took great care of our 8 month old rescue kitty cat Steve-O while we were away in Arizona for 4 days. In fact, he didn’t want to leave her when it was time to come home. We received daily updates and pictures and felt at peace with Steve-O under her care. 5 stars all the way!
