Great communication, very flexible

Our pet sitter cancelled on us at the last minute (not a sitter from Rover) and we were in a panic. We found Trevor on Rover and reached out. He responded right away and came the next day to meet our animals. We have an elderly dog that needs to be let out to do her business and short walks every day. Trevor was fantastic. He sent photos of their walks and stayed with our dog the whole time. He made sure she ate and took her out frequently. Our home and our pet were in great hands. We will definitely use Trevor in the future.

Stephanie provided excellent care for our dog Isaac, our goldfish pond, and our home for eight days. We got daily photos of Isaac on outdoor adventures, and playing with Stephanie in our home. Stephanie was quick to respond to our text messages. We will definitely book Stephanie again for any of our people-only vacations.

Natalia is the best! Our Katie loves the time she spends with Natalia. She takes her for walks and plays with her in the backyard. Natalia sends daily updates, photos and videos. She keeps the house tidy.

Nicole is absolutely amazing. I cannot express how grateful I am that she took care of my fur baby and sent me a tons of updates. She was kind to get a meet and greet in before the official stay which really helped calm my nerves and my pups. Told her about my anxiety leaving my baby and she was so kind about it.
