Dog Boarding in American Canyon

This particular sit was unusual as my dog had an ear infection that flared significantly while in Emma‘s care. She let me know what was going on when things took a turn for the worst, sent pictures, and gave me an opportunity to respond in a timely manner which meant ending the visit early, and me getting her to the vet. Emma even followed up a couple of days after the visit just to check and make sure that Boogie was OK. Emma is truly a kind and caring professional, and your dog will be in great hands no matter the situation!

Wonderful sitter for my anxious kitty. Cristina was caring and attentive to my kitty's needs... an obvious animal lover. Communication and updates throughout my kitties stay were much appreciated.

Melanie was incredible. My dogs were so happy when we picked them up from boarding. She communicated and sent photos of our dogs playing. We will be back next time we need sitting.

Absolutely amazing - Jay kept our 2 old girls over a long weekend. Amazing communication, regular updates and pictures, and they came home happy and relaxed.

Ciana was amazing and Stella had a great time with her and her daughter . I really appreciated the regular updates and pics. I love that Stella was able to go on regular walks and play. Ciana was very attentive and made sure Stella was clean after time outside and even offered to wash and clean her paws thoroughly! We will definitely be in touch with Ciana again next time we are in Napa. Our hotel was in downtown and her place was just 5 mins away so very convenient. Highly recommend Ciana , 5 stars! Tiffany is a great communicator and asked great questions leading to the care. She also made time for a meet and greet prior which was helpful! Baggins looked cozy in her arms and appreciated all the walks and cuddles 🥰 Thank you! I’ve already booked our next stay!

This is my first experience with Rover and I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect boarding my 3 anxious senior dogs. My nervousness quickly went away at the meet and greet with Heather - my dogs had a blast sniffing and running around her backyard, and Heather is such a nice, calming person. She was very caring and attentive to my doggies. During our vacay Heather sent us daily pupdates, she calls them 😊, with such great pics of them having fun in the sun. 😊 I've never seen them smile so much. Also, Heather accommodated us with ease when we decided to stay another day of our camping trip. It has been the best experience. The dogs were happy and we were happy. Heather will be our go to sitter, and I highly recommend her for your fur baby!!

Leonna watched my precious toy poodle on 2 occasions, one time being almost a week long. She took the best care of him and I highly recommend her. I felt very comfortable while my dog was with her, and she even provided insurance for him. She followed his feedings instructions and took him for walks everyday. She kept me updated with pictures and videos the whole time. She is also just a sweet and wonderful person, if you need someone to watch your beloved pet definitely reach out to her!

Life with a fur baby makes life easier, more joyful, more meaningful. So when I left my baby with a stranger(Jeanette)- I was very very emotional - tormented with separation anxiety. I was sobbing when I left Jeanette’s house. I have not reached my house yet - and Jeanette sent me a picture of my baby totally comfortable and happy. It give me an assurance that he will be happy while I’m away for 7days!!! Jeanette keeps me updated how my dog is thriving. Highly recommend Jeanette to be your baby’s second momma

Ashish took care of Tobi for a whole week while my family was out of town. He even gave Tobi a bath, followed our instructions, and sent daily pictures. I highly recommend Ashish.

Diana was an amazing sitter for our fur baby. He was totally spoiled by her the entire time he was there. Love that she always sends videos and pics everyday. This is our 2nd time using her and will definitely use her again if we need a sitter. thank you Diana.

I can’t say enough good things about Kathrine! She cared for Cookie for a full week as if he were her own. He played with her family, got so much love, and she even went out of her way to pick up more food when he ran out. When I brought him home, he looked around like he was missing her — that’s how much he bonded. It gave me so much peace knowing he was in such good hands. Truly grateful and highly recommend.

My 3 1/2 year German Shepherd has fear and aggression towards dogs and people, sometimes unprovoked, so I was struggling to find someone capable of working with him. I was amazed to see the confidence and experience Spencer had with my dog, meeting him off leash and introducing him to his own dogs as well as other dogs staying at the time. I absolutely recommend Spencer and look forward for my dog to stay with him again.

Allora and Oliver provided our dog (and us) with everything we could have hoped for and more. They took wonderful care of our lab/pit mix Milo! We received lots of messages, photos, and videos throughout the time he was boarded. Milo had an absolute blast, we could see how happy and settled he was - playing freely, getting good cuddles, and lounging around relaxed ☺️ we were very happy to see that Milo and their dog Boba got to be friends as well. We are so glad Milo has found a home away from home and we will absolutely be returning on a regular basis. Thank you, Allora and Oliver 🙏
