Donna did a great job taking care of our cat! This was our first time leaving our cat, and I had a lot of anxiety about it, but that all melted away when I met Donna. She’s great at understanding cat behaviors/moods, and quickly connected with our shy kitty. I really appreciated the daily update with pictures. She went out of her way to make sure our cat was comfortable while we were gone, and even built her a cute little cardboard box “hideaway.” I highly recommend Donna!

We contacted Sara for her drop-in service for our two pugs while we went away for a quick weekend trip. Sara was very responsive and quick to respond to all the questions we had, since this was our first time using Rover. She came by our house to introduce herself to us and our pups and they immediately gravitated to her! She is very personable, caring, and it is very clear that she loves what she does. We will definitely be contacting her in the future for her services.
