Mark is a godsend! I can travel with peace of mind knowing that my kitty cats ( AND inside AND outside plants) are well cared for when I go away. I find a happy and healthy home each time I return. Plus, he sends the best cat videos. 😸 Highly recommend.

Rose proactively came to meet with us within 20min of me creating a booking. She was very friendly and knew just how to approach our dog. Our dog can be shy and nervous with strangers, but Rose approached with the perfect energy and demeanour. We’re super thankful to have met Rose, thank you for your help! Rose’s communication was great, she replied very promptly and updated us with many photos!

Lawrence did a great job with a couple of drop-in visits for my dog Chino while I was away for the weekend. Super reliable, communicative, and very understanding. Chino seemed really happy and well taken care of when I got back. Would definitely recommend and reach out again for future help!

Sheila watched our two cats for four days. She met with us before the trip to make sure we were on the same page, especially about our vet if there was an emergency. During the trip she always checked in on time, sent great pictures, and wrote fantastic (and hilarious) summaries to let us know what was going on. When we returned, the cats were happy and relaxed and everything to do with the cats in the house was in great shape.
