Aleksandria was prompt and flexible and was able to work with us on last minute scheduling changes. She always updated us on how our cats were doing and made sure they were comfortable and happy. Aleksandria has a genuine love for animals and took the time to make toys and games for our cats and even got them a gift for Christmas! Her care and reliability alleviated a lot of the stress from leaving our cats behind and we’re so grateful for all her help.

I met Jenna in advance of booking. She’s great. My two cats walked right up to her and let her give them a little scruff. Jenna has great energy. While traveling, she followed the schedule for visits and provided updates on how the boys were doing. She is very personable, professional and responsive. I will definitely use her again.

Wow did I get lucky finding Tom & Joanne. I had moved recently but already had a vacation planned so I needed to find someone quickly. It’s not easy finding someone you’re comfortable with and trusting enough to come into your home & care for your pets. I’ve had negative experiences before, so I’m on high alert. Tom & Joanne are so warm & clearly bring a calming energy because my most skittish kitty (a rescue) doesn’t come out for anybody. Well, she made regular appearances for Tom & Joanne, that speaks volumes to me. It truly put me at ease. I’m so grateful for both Tom & Joanne & I highly recommend them! Thank you, Tom & Jo!
