Lauren is dependable, personable, and responsible. We could not ask for more from her and we cannot say enough about her. Knowing she is there to care for our dog while we are at work leaves us worry free and our dog very happy to hang out with her buddy. Britlyn is an amazing person! She is reliable, good at communication, friendly, and treated our dog like her own. She also went above and beyond when there was a fire on our property. She acted fast to save Zai Zai (our dog) when she saw the situation. Then worked to find solutions and communicate with neighbors and the fire department while keeping us updated. Additionally she comforted Zai Zai during the process. It seemed to us that Britlyn has a wonderful integrity with the way she treats others. It’s pretty clear this was a shared trait with her family in the time we had to interact with her parents as well. Overall, 5 stars does not come close to what Britlyn did for us nor does it come close to capturing who she is as a person.

Irina was so accommodating to my last minute request for a walk for my dogs while my family and I were out of town for the day. The pictures of their happy faces while out were so much fun! My family appreciates Irina so much!
