Lili and Matt were great with Sky! Constantly provided daily update(s) without being asked. Will def use their service again in the near future! 😊

Robert has been very caring and affectionate towards Bruno! He provided pictures and regular updates through out the stay. He was very diligent in taking him out for walks and playing with Bruno, who seemed very happy after each stay. Great backyard for playing and a pet friendly home. Highly recommended.

Keelin is making my Vino a very pampered Pooch at his home away from home. She takeds him for long walks gives snuggles tons of photos and a gift bag, "Simply the Best!

Kona felt welcomed right away during the meet and greet, and her stay was very enjoyable and relaxing with Braden and Lourdes. Kona loved her "Airbnb doggy boarding experience" at their house 🤣😍💯. Kona definitely suggests them for any pet owners who needs any rover services for their dogs and Kona wouldn't mind hanging out with them again for any service 🤙🏻 Thanks again Braden and Lourdes!!

Hong and her family took such good care of our pup! They sent pictures every day of Bodhi and we could see the joy in our dog’s face - it was like she was on vacation too! Looking forward to being a customer of Hongs for many more years. Thank you Hong!! ❤️🐶

Rachel is very attentive and follows every instruction given. My dog was happy and would love to leave him again with her. She sent pictures and daily updates which was very important as I am first timer leaving my dog at boarding. Thank You Rachel.

An and her sons did a fantastic job looking after our two dogs. They were loved and taken on multiple walks daily. She also kept in touch with us all throughout the stay, sending us many photos daily. We would send our dogs again to An. Highly recommended sitter.

Dakota took great care of our Shih Tzu Zoe. He sent photos and updates and she seemed very relaxed when we got her back. He was also very accommodating with pickup time!

We had a great experience with Anna. She was prompt and communicative, sent lots of pics and genuinely likes caring for dogs. Would definitely recommend her!

Ping was amazing with our fur baby Oggie. We met first at a meet and greet where it was comforting to see the small/medium sized dogs she typically boards and the nice open yard area they play in. She was very accommodating of his sleeping preference (crate vs couch vs small room). She sent pics and videos throughout the boarding stay and took Oggie out for walks as well. Oggie had a lovely time staying with Ping and her family. We’ll definitely reach out to her again for his next stay.

Thank you for taking such loving care of our Penny Penn❣️As Penny gets older she tends to get a little depressed when we leave her but having children in the house perks her up! Mayank, Farzana, & their daughter & her friends made Penny’s stay something well definitely do again!

Grace saved the day and watched my boys last minute when a sitter canceled on me. Grace is extremely communicative and sent tons of great photos during the stay. I think Grace is an amazing and reliable sitter and I will surely use her again in the future.

Zcarina was so patient with our hectic flight schedule and our Kona! She was a last minute find for our anxious pup but with a few visits before boarding, Kona was able to warm up to Zcarina! She also kept me updated with lots of photos and videos during the week of boarding! Thank you so much Zcarina for being so nice, flexible, patient, and loving to our precious Kona!

Alyssa and her family provided a great stay for our fur baby. She communicated with me and sent the cutest pic while we were away. It was our first time trying out Rover and I don’t see us ever using the kennel again. She returned home healthy and happy. Will definitely use Alyssa in the future.

Irine and her family provided a warm family environment for our beloved dog. This was our first time using Rover and we will never go back to traditional boarding again! Irine sent us fun, updates and photos throughout our dogs stay. We loved this so much because we were missing our pup! Highly recommend Irine, I will be using her again for sure.

Mariko took really good care of Cooper while we were gone! She sent us frequent updates/photos and was such a good sport when his sensitive tummy acted up. Cooper seemed happy and relaxed when we picked him up and wasn’t even that excited to see us, which confirms he had a wonderful time with Mariko and Basil. We will be using them again in the future!

Rashmi boarded Maple during out recent Thanksgiving travel. We made the last minute plan and squeezed Meet & Greet and boarding all in the same week. She was gracious enough to accommodate our request and took the time to understand Maple's specific needs (specially relating to her meds and food schedule). She was sitting 2 other dogs (apart from her own puppy Uno). She made sure are aware of it and also introduce them as well to us. All of them were very behaved and friendly pups which gave us so much assurance. We needed some flexibility with drop off and pickup timings and she was really nice to have them taken into consideration. She been posting Maple's pictures and videos on a regular basis and provided me with timely updates. On the day of pickup she gave me a quick detail of Maple's stay and experience and also made sure she hands over all her belongings before we left. I met her lovely kids as well. Maple seemed very happy at her place and we are very glad to have found her :-)
