Our puppy Kiah had an amazing experience during this week’s stay! Pam provides an environment that is appropriate for each dog which makes the entire experience even more rewarding for our Kiah. The on-going updates throughout the day are amazing with very cute photos and videos. Pam is super caring and has a keen understanding of creating a very welcoming, comfortable and warm experience. Pratik and Grishma were excellent hosts to Chief. Very thoughtful, patient, communicative and sent us a lot of updates including pictures and videos. They also went a long way to make Chief comfortable, bonded with him and make his stay successful. As pet parents you cannot ask for anything more, your pet is in good hands with awesome people taking care of them.
Colleen and Paul are amazing. They are so professional and make sure that they meet and greet to ensure that your pup is a good fit. They are very responsive and took good care of storm. Storm is high energy and gets extremely excited meeting new people and they were all for it. They never judged and treated him well. I will absolutely use Colleen again because I know that Storm is in good hands!
