Mike is great! This was our first time using Rover and were very nervous to leave our puppy with someone we don’t know. He spent so much time during our first meet and greet to get to know our pup and all her quirks and challenges. She is only 6months old, still in training, and can be very reactive. He was so gracious with his time and even gave us a bit of a mini training session during his visit! We are so relieved we’ve found someone that can take care of our puppy on an ongoing basis. He is skilled, knows how to handle dogs with a trainer approach and genuinely loves dogs. Highly recommend Mike!

Sofia did an amazing job caring for my two cats, Lucky and Kiko, while I was away. She was patient, attentive, and gave them lots of love — even my shy one came out to say hello!

Maria was great! She checked in on our two cats twice a day and followed all of our instructions, including sending pictures/updates from each visit. I was so worried about leaving our cats for five days, especially since one of them tends to get stressed out very easily, but we came back to both of them looking well taken care of and they were happened and playful when they saw us. A good sign! We would use Maria again for checking in on our cats on our next vacation.

Aileen was great as usual. Our cats were safe and sound.

Sabrina looked after my one cat, Chloe, for upwards of around 40 days some months ago and did an extraordinary job. Not only was my cat well looked after and was a happy kitty when I returned home, Sabrina made the process very easy despite extending the scheduled dates. This was my 2nd time using Rover and it was another great expereince. Sabrina patiently listened to me discuss Chloe's various quirks and asked questions to ensure my pet was loved during my first Pandemic trip. Sabrina sent pictures often and was very communicative with me as we discussed shifting schedules and concerns over possible excessive heat in the apartment. She made me feel comfortable in my absence and I could not have asked for anything more. Chloe is a shy cat and she seemed perfectly content with Sabrina as a caretaker and that is the highest praise there is. Thank you.
